At Dei’s Care, we seek to keep all of our fees simple and transparent. Our core values seek to make our services to all people, regardless of financial situations.
All of our consultation services, including treatment planning and behavioral health consultations, are billed at $50 per hour. All trainings and workshop offerings are billed at $200 per hour unless customized on an individual basis.
At the current time, we are a private pay practice, meaning that we do not accept insurance. For this reason, we take into account all financial situations and if there is a hardship, tailor payment arrangements on an individual basis.
As of August 2020, we are currently in the process of becoming certified to bill insurance. When that process is complete and insurance billing is available, we will make that known to our clients and partners.
All of our services are clearly defined in a personalized “Financial Service Agreement”.
All due dates, payment arrangements, financial policies and any scholarship assistance are defined within this document and this form is agreed upon by both Dei’s Care and the client as a binding agreement between both the service provider and the client, enforceable at the start of service.
