When Dei’s Care first opened it’s doors, we knew that we wanted to create a scholarship that would support the educational needs of teens with behavioral or neurological disorders.
This scholarship is in honor of our son Jaxon, who was diagnosed with autism at a very young age. He is excelling in school and we hope that one day he will have the resources to pursue higher education. We also want that for every other child as well.
Whether it be for college, high school or vocational school fees, the Action Jaxon Scholarship is now open for applications!

During the month of October 2021, we are running our first round of scholarship. 1 winner will be chosen to receive up to $1000 for their educational needs!
To apply, please follow these directions.
- Complete the form below with all required information by October 31, 2021.
- In the section that says “share your story”, please explain why you or your child could use these funds. Tell us about your challenges, hopes and dreams.
- While it is NOT required, you may also submit a video story by email. You can email that to dayona@deiscareconsulting.com. YOU MUST STILL FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.
